A multi-purpose tool for your wallet, your Member Card debit card can be used to access your accounts 24 hours a day.
What's more, with your personal identification number (PIN), your Member Card gives you surcharge-free access to your accounts at IC Savings for deposits as well as cash withdrawals, balances and transfers when using any of the more than 4,500 ATMs of THE EXCHANGE® and ACCULINK networks across the country.

For your security and protection, call toll-free, 1-877-764-3693, from anywhere in Canada or the U.S. to cancel your Member Card immediately. If you're traveling outside the Canada of the U.S., call collect to (905) 764-3693.
To complete the cancellation, and for verification purposes, you will be asked to provide either your Member Card debit card number, your name and account number(s) at the credit union, or your social insurance number and birth date.

Now equipped with Interac Flash® technology, our Member Card® debit card allows our members to make fast, convenient and secure purchases for everyday items at thousands of retailers and merchants across Canada. For an extra layer of security, transaction and spending limits are in place, and periodic PIN verifications will be required when these limits are reached. In addition, the new technology makes it virtually impossible to create counterfeit cards, and will protect our members against fraudulent activity like skimming.
Travelling internationally? Members of IC Savings can use their Member Card at any of the ATMs with a MasterCard/CIRRUS logo in some 210 countries worldwide.Has your Member Card Debit Card been lost or stolen?

• When selecting a PIN, always avoid the obvious such as a name, street number, telephone number, or date of birth.
• Never let your debit card out of sight when conducting a transaction.
• Use your hand or body to shield your PIN when conducting a transaction.
• After completing a transaction, always remember to retrieve your debit card and your transaction record, if provided.
• If the card is lost, stolen or retained by an ATM, notify IC Savings immediately and report any theft incident to local police.
